A one off opportunity to catch a late viewing of the exhibition MINDFUL after hours where exhibiting artists will roam the Old Vic Tunnels to talk about their works. Grab a drink in the surreal surroundings of the Bathtub Bar (named so for a reason…) and witness Oliver Cronk's stunning immersive live art performance the 'Feline Inquisition' - a litter of cats venting their curiosity on unsuspecting gallery roamers.

The brain-child of surrealist comedienne Miriam Elia (BBC Radio 4) and award winning funny woman Jessica Hynes (Spaced/Shaun of the Dead/Royle Family) ‘Actually Underground Comedy’ is a ear tickling rib poking evening of weird and wonderful fun. Featuring a gaggle of award winning funny people who have graced both stage, airwaves and probably your television set at some point too this genre spanning evening affair will also include poetry and a set of awe-inspiring harping. If you fancy exchanging pure musical mindedness for literary and laughs the festival will also feature spoken word and, often musically tinged, comedy spots hosted by Vagabonds Comedy Club. Featuring performances from Franky & The Jacks, stand-up come poet Dougie Hastings, the fiery warblings of Fiona Bevan and Polarbear.
Not enough? Well, wander round and there’ll be an array of pop-up performances from stunning solo musicians, interactive theatricalities as well as a contemporary, often surreal, stance on life drawing from ArtMore, (tickets £6 available here) babbling beat poets as well as rock ‘n ‘roll DJs and dancers into the wee hours.

ArtHertz in association with Rushes Soho Shorts, an internationally recognised and respected platform for short film-makers, lovers and enthusiasts presents the MINDFUL Film Night. With an introduction from Robin Dutt, this night of world-class cinema shorts includes the internationally award winning poetic documentary from Ken Paul Rosenthal 'Crooked Beauty' – an intimate portrait of an artist’s transformative journey from childhood abuse to psych ward inpatient to pioneering mental health advocacy and living with madness as a tool for creativity.
